Are you getting RAM? Do you already have that or something?

Also, the HD 7970 or the 7950, one of them is like $50 cheaper than the 580, but is better than the 580. Just fyi...

The 922 has no front USB 3.0 port which is unacceptable in my book.

Suggest Corsair 500R w/ HX850, or
Antec 1200V3 or DF-85 w/ CP-850
HAF-X w/ Corsair AX850

I wouldn't base a build of this budget on a MoBo w/ only a 2 year warranty. Suggest

One 580 will get ya 616 fps in Guru 3D Game test suite

580 will give ya 616 for $500
7970 will give ya 675 fps for $550
7950 will give ya 603 fps for $450

Two of these 560 Ti's will get ya 862 fps for $430-440 ...

that's ......

40 % more performance than the 580 for $60-70 less
43 % more performance than the 7950 for $10-20 less
28 % more performance than the 7970 for $110-120 less

If ya thinking ya can wait a month, the 78xx series in CF or the 660 in SLI methinks will be the way to go. The cost per frame on the top two cards from either camp just doesn't provide enough of a boost over the mid range cards in SLI / CF .... Two 5870s for example gives just 10% more than two of those 560's ... at $1,000 versus $440 !
