Best PSU for budget gamer computer?

I am choosing between:

Cooler Master - eXtreme Power Plus - 500 Watt for 30 euros

or

ADATA - HM-750 - 750 Watt - ATX for 50 euros.

I am planning to build a computer with a G630 and a Radeon HD 6950 or comparable GPU, so the 30 euro psu should be enough right?

What e-retailer do you use ?
  2. I would pick them up in person because the store is having a sale (I love in holland).

The 750w Adata psu with 80+ bronze certification seems like a good deal?
