This might be a stupid question but this is my first time.

"If I install the Mobo into the case first, then would I be able to install the CPU from inside the case?"
I'm thinking of doing this because I'm not buying all my parts at once.

You could, but its easier to mount the cpu and heatsink outside the case then mount everything as a whole, this also allows you to breadboard to test everythings working ok,
