I saw quite a few posts about this before, so I'm sorry to beat around the bush. I've read 4ryanbush's Cooling Fan Roundup and that was pretty helpful. I also saw NInjaSmoke's post about fans and my question is pretty similar to his/hers.

I have two rigs: one for my parents, one for me.

Family Rig:
Antec 300 case
9600 GT GPU
Phenom II X2 550 BE (unlocked)
Stock CPU cooler

My (modest gaming) Rig:
Antec 300 case
6870 GPU
Phenom II X2 555 BE (unlocked)
Cooler Master Hyper 212+

Right now, the family rig has both the stock fans for the Antec 300 (140mm up top, 120mm behind), and one side panel fan which is this one:
COOLER MASTER R4-L2R-20AC-GP 120mm Blue LED Case Fan

Pretty quiet, keeps things cool, and very nice lighting.

My personal rig has both stock fans for the Antec 300, with the other 120mm slots filled up with:
Front Bezel

Side Panel

For the family rig, I'd like to make things a little cooler since the GPU runs around 54-55 degrees C most of the time (used to be 61 degrees C, but that was before I applied Arctic Silver 5). I'm looking for a good side panel fan (no LED) and a good front bezel fan (blue LED). I might keep the cooler master for the front bezel, but any new suggestions would be great too!

For my personal rig, I'm looking for a new blue LED fan for the front bezel as well (although if I replace the blue LED on the family rig, I'll just shift taht old Cooler Master to the personal rig). I was going to replace the stock fan on the Hyper 212+ but it looks like it might be the Blade Master, which came highly recommended from 4ryan6. If it is, I'll keep it. If not, does anyone have suggestions for a replacement? The stock fan is currently paired with an Antec Tri-cool fan.

Fans I was looking at:

For the blue LED, I was considering

For the home side panel/potential 212+ stock replacement, I was considering:

~Antec Truequiet Pro

~SILVERSTONE AP121 120mm Case Fan

~SilenX EFX-12-15 120mm Case Fan

I'm just looking for the best way to keep both rigs as silent as possible and as cool as possible. The gaming rig can be a little louder, but I think the family wants a quiet PC. It's currently pretty darn quiet, but not as cool as I'd like it. I'm open to suggestions; pricing is kind of an issue for me :D. As long as the fans are quiet and push good enough air to keep my components cool, I'll be happy!

Thanks in advance! I've poked around a LOT on this forum, and I thought it was time for me to finally sign up and try to contribute back if I can (as well as looking for help too =p)!

I would just buy more of the stock fans that come with the case, they do the job, keep everything uniform, and are pretty cost effective. There are tricools with blue leds built in for any of your led desires. Also to help keep your gpu cool you could download msi afterburner and set a custom fan graph(if you haven't already).

(black antech fans) http://www.cooltechpc.com/c/ctpc/std/sku=tricool_120.html
(blue tricool) http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0253110

Whatever you decide to do good luck and happy computing! :)
