Case dust buildup :/

Hey guys, so a few days after i bought my CM 690 II advanced case, i began to notice this https://dl.dropbox.com/u/41185950/2012-06-22%2015.05.55.jpg

so i didnt think much of it, only to learn that filter cannot be removed :/... made an interesting moment trying to clean the thing off

the annoying part is that i cleaned it 2 days ago, and i took that image a few moments ago lol
now the part that bugs me is that, all of my fans (except 1 exhaust fan) are all filtered, and yet their seems to be a large ammount of buildup in the roof/bottom of my case

does anyone else have issues with dust in this case, or tips to stop that front filter from turning a nice shade of grey
also, i dont much want to start removing fans, i'll swap em around, but i like the ammount of air being moved at the moment

edit: just encase it comes up, theres insulation in my window becuase i live in canada, and it gets to -40 where i live, window is broken

Hmm. Judging by the pics, I see your table is quite dusty! How often do you clean up the area around your desk that the computer is sitting on? Looks like you need to do some good vacuuming in that room.

Dust is normally caused by dead skin cells that build up even though you can't see it, well unless it builds up.

Also as per your note about the window - where that window is, it looks quite dusty - and in fact that whole wall looks like it might be shedding dust/paint/whatever.

If I were you, I would move that computer away from the window. Even though that window is "patched up" there probably is still air leaking from it - causing more dust to go towards your computer.

hehe, took a look at my desk, and yeah... i should really clean up, and thanks for the window suggestion... i'll look into relocating my case soon

The best thing to do is vacuum you room once a week and that makes the filters not collect so much dust so quickly.

i have to smack myself a little on not coming to the realization
people are cutting wood with a table saw down the hall lol
also i have to stop blowing burnt incense away
