Need help for air flow arrangement

Hi guys,I need some help here

Today my friend bought me this case from one guy for just 15$ ))

So let's start with the front view,where I have 1 80mm fan for the hdd.

It has of course 2 side doors,1 is full and another one is this:

And this is the back view:

I'm gonna put new build here and I wonder how to manage the airflow? I mean what fans where to put,which ones go for blowing air out of the case and in the case etc.

OK,so I need 1 120mm and 2 80mm at the back side ?

and what is the second net on the side panel?

But why it has on the back 3 nets for fans? On most cases I see there is 1 or max 2 ? Am I right,I need 1 120mm and 2 80mm at the back side ??

I think that's overkill. Just get 1 120mm fan and leave the 80mm fan openings bare.

OK,thanks for suggestion What about side panel ? Should I put there another 80mm fan?

Anyone maybe,some ideas also ?
