Reduce power consumption

Hi fine folks @tom's hardware,

As the title suggests I'm trying to reduce the power consumption of this build I did. Its a sandy bridge build I did not so long ago purely as a desktop/workstation but now I'm trying to turn it into a server that I could use as a workstation every now and then but also run 24/7.

The current spec is as follows,

Fractal Design R3 case
Intel i3-2130 3.4GHz
Asus P8Z68 Deluxe GEN3
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB
Seasonic SS-460FL 460W power supply
Asus 8600GT (I know this is very old but I don't intend to run any games or GPU hungry tasks)
Intel 60GB SSD 330
2TB WD Green
Corsair H80 cooler with dual Cougar CFV12H fans in push pull config
2 CFV12H fans + 2 stock fractal design fans for cooling

With everything running at idle (that is at EFI Bios) it draws about 100W. Which is way too much. I have not loaded the OS yet. I then plugged in the Corsair H80 and all the fans to a separate power supply and unplugged all the hard disks to check how much the CPU+Mobo+Seasonic power supply+Mem draw and its still in the range of 85W.

Does anyone have any ideas about what I can do to reduce this power consumption ?

I appreciate your help
