Does Stock Voltage Overclock increase Power consumption?

I really wan't the FX-8120 but the power consumption is too high when overclock?

But what if I will OC it with stock Volts will it still increase the power consumption?

yes it will as its running faster it will use more watts

Yes it will, but u can try mild OC and undervolting at the same time to keep wattage.....i've heard FX chips don't need as much voltage to run, as they are being fed by most mobo's.....try ur luck
