Which CPU is better ?

Between the Intel's the i3-2100 is better than the G620 in a lot of benches.
As seen here....
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/406?vs=289#

And between the i3-2100 the closest comparison I could find was the A6-3650 which is better than the 3500.
The i3-2100 still happens to be scoring better than the 3650.
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/403?vs=289#

So the first one , best out of the three happens to be the i3-2100

Between the G620 and the A6 we find a very close but never the least Intel lead over the AMD one in certain benches.
http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/403?vs=406#

So over all depending on what exactly you'd like to use the processor for, the apps you're going to be using would make it more definitive.

So in order of Best to not the Best
1. Intel i3-2100
2. Intel Pentium G620
3. AMD A6-3500

A6-3500 is better with only integrated graphics (iGPU) otherwise it is slower than 2100 at speed wise, but no one use the integrated graphics for doing some heavy task this need descrete GPU. here is the comparison i3 2100 vs A6-3650 i3 almost beats the a6-3500 therefore i place (3650 model) unfortunately 3500 is not available at bench site.

2. now G620 vs 2100 here i3 again won
G620 vs 2100

the future is multi-threads. So better go with a quad core then a dual core. Gaming wise its pointless to discuss because before a a modern COU bottlenecks a game be sure that tha GPU will bottleneck it first. Personaly i would go with the A6.

a6 are completely beaten by dual-core i3's.

im using a p4 and a gts 450 i know huge bottleneck but on gpu intensive apps its really still very fast. ( i use gboost to cut down cpu tasks )

what i want to know now how much increase in speed do it get from getting a new mobo , ddr3 rams , and one of these processors. i alreaddy have an SSD

lol this might sound shocking but intel d915gag board , ddr 400 rams dual channel mode , p4 3.0 ghz 2005 date not sure what model.

so basically all this is totally crap so im swapping all these parts
