What do you think about my budget build, it will be used mostly for surfing the web, Microsoft office, and some light gaming (ie. stronghold crusader, simcity, etc... nothing fancy).
Would you change anything?

Solid build. Should suit what you are looking for just fine.

Only suggestion I would do is drop the ram to a 2x2GB pair and run them in dual channel. You will get better memory performance.

Where are you buying? I don't see that mobo listed at Newegg; is it a full ATX or a microATX?
If you can buy from Newegg, this case is cheaper and has free shipping. I've used it, and it is decent: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147023
If you're going to use the integrated GPU, check out the i3-2105 instead, because it has HD3000 instead of just HD2000: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115090 and also has a combo with an optical drive.
Otherwise, I'd suggest a discrete GPU, either a GT440 or HD6670.

I think that might be my $450 - $500 build, I notice a lot of similar components to what I usually suggest. :lol:

Yeah I'd say go for it - get the GPU when the 7870s are released.
