How to capture an bios image?

Hello,

I wanted to know how I could have my computer take an image of the screen bios. I have seen websites where people have taken screen shots of their computer.
System boot-up with the overclocked Athlon XP: The BIOS displays "Athlon XP 2000+," a performance rating that AMD won't even be offering for another 6 weeks or so. Like the image of Award's bios at this url. How can use my cpu to do that? Is there a way to capture a screen image in XP?
