What power supply do i need and is this safe?

Hey,
im going to build a pc and here are the specs,
Intel i5 2500k @ 4.4GHz,
Asus P8P67-M PRO REV 3,
Corsair 8GB DDR3 1600MHz,
Raidmax viper black,
GeForce Gtx570.

And i need to know somethings about this and one of them is what power supply is safe for these,

the other Is about the pc is it safe at 4.4GHz and will it over heat ,Let me remind you that this is a bundle pack :

You need a decent 550-600 watt power supply. By decent I mean Corsair, Antec, OCZ, XFX, PC Power & Cooling or Seasonic. There is no reason why it wouldnt be safe to operate at that speed provided your pc has adequate cooling
