Can you get a new graphics card installed into a computer with an integreated gr

I have a HP pavillion desk top, model 6207c, i love playing sims three and it works great, but when i tried to play simis three pets the graphics card i have butchered the animals, can anyone help me?

Your power supply will limit many video cards for gaming, a Radeon 5570 would work http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131342

Anything higher you'd have to look into getting a new power supply in the 350 watt range at least.
