USB Plug to USB Mid Board Header Adapter?

Hello, the case I'm getting is the Zalman Z11: http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX38172
and it has 2, USB 3 ports on the top but they don't connect to the USB 3 mid board headers and have to connect to the back of the case.
Is there an adapter to make the female USB 3 port to an mid board usb header? Thank you

Such creatures do exist, I found this which I think is pretty cool... (I have never used this vendor)
