Is this the best for the money for an intel related board? I have lots of
USB2 peripherals and need at least 2 front, and 4-6 back. Does this
match up well with the case and other components I selected?

I have seen really good reviews on this card. I can always upgrade
in the future. My primary need is for 3D rendering, not gaming.

Any suggestions or comments? I have never built before and need all the help I can get. I am in the Reno, NV area. Just in case someone is close! Time is critical.

Sorry, I should have been more thorough...

OK, Budget, as inexpensive as I can go without sacrificing my needs, intel only, no amd's. I need several USB2 ports, 2 front, 4-6 back for my preexisting peripherals. I have no idea about this MoBo or if it has what I need to match the case, and the case works well with it. The case has good cooling (*lots of fans), and seems to be roomy by measurement. I am trying to educate myself to be knowledgeable on my parts. But sadly some of this tech stuff is so over my head I worry I will match the parts wrong. I have someone who has offered to assemble for a flat fee, but I want to know if this is good before I show it to them (*no trust issues, I just want to know myself, what I am buying). Forewarned, forearmed, knowledge is power...etc!

I do 2D/3D graphics using CS5, Painter 11, PP2012, 3dsMax, Vue9, and lots of other mid sized programs. I plan to also buy Z-Brush soon.

Thank you so very much!

I am curious as to why i would want to drop the PS down from 800w? For cost or configuration?

Thank you btw

800w is way more power then you'll need for thiis build; even 650 is somewhat. But if you're planning on doing a multi gpu setup in the future (doesn't really makes sense cause its not for gaming) then you would want to get an 800w

Mainly, because when you do rendering it requires a lot of cpu/gpu and opengl, I had been told i need more power for these programs. Now mind you my dell only has 305w. So of course this one is too weak for my needs. Part of the reason I have gone on the premise of a gaming style set up, is there are strong similarities.
