Corsair H80 re-install

Hello, I have a probably simple and noobish question. I have had the H80 installed for about 2 weeks now, but in a couple weeks i plan to upgrade my CPU. Do i need to do anything with the thermal paste on the H80, or can i just swap the CPU's and re-install the H80?

Well i would clean the H80 surface when i swap cpu´s and put new paste - to be sure

the new Cpu get good contact with the H80

Yes you usually have to remove the paste from the h80. I usually use rubbing alcohol and a strong paper towel to remove the majority of it. Then i go over it with a microfiber cloth just to make sure i get everything.

You really don't HAVE to get it super clean. but I would at least remove what you can with a paper towel.
