What is the best psu for my setup?

CPU: Intel Core i5 3550 Ivy Bridge 3.3ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
GPU: HIS Radeon 6950 2GB GDDR5
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8gb DDR3 1600mhz
HDD: Western Digital Blue Edition 1TB 3.5" SATA3 Internal HDD 7200RPM 32M CACHE
DVD Drive: Asus DRW-24B3ST SATA Black 24x DVDRW
Case: Raidmax Atlas

I was also wondering if a 650watt psu would be good enough for this setup?

The HIS Radeon 6950 says that it requires 500 watts minimum and thats excluding the other things, im sorry im new to building pc's i just dont see how this would work i am worried that it might blow up or something lolz.

the amd site statistics is just a safety measure, its usually very off as certain cards labeled 500w can easily be run off on 430 and 380w, it really depends on the quality of the psu build. a 500-520w psu of quality will suffice in a build, a common psu off the top of my head would be the 520w seasonic m12ii

the most important part of a psu is not the wattage, its the quality of the 12v rail and how much amperage it can supply continuously.
