What is the best psu for my setup?

CPU: Intel Core i5 3550 Ivy Bridge 3.3ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
GPU: HIS Radeon 6950 2GB GDDR5
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8gb DDR3 1600mhz
HDD: Western Digital Blue Edition 1TB 3.5" SATA3 Internal HDD 7200RPM 32M CACHE
DVD Drive: Asus DRW-24B3ST SATA Black 24x DVDRW

I was also wondering if a 650watt psu would be good enough for this setup?

a 500-550w psu of good quality is fine, you just have to be sure that it has 2 6 pin connectors.

you can run this setup for 450w, but i recommend you buy a 650w psu, due to capacitor aging, and future upgrades

the amd site statistics is just a safety measure, its usually very off as certain cards labeled 500w can easily be run off on 430 and 380w, it really depends on the quality of the psu build. a 500-520w psu of quality will suffice in a build, a common psu off the top of my head would be the 520w seasonic m12ii

the most important part of a psu is not the wattage, its the quality of the 12v rail and how much amperage it can supply continuously.
