What can i upgrade on the m5a 78l m lx mother board

what can i upgrade on my m5a78l ml x mother board. My friend built it for me and everything standard. There are no sound cards, no extra video cards. I want to get blue ray and be able to download videos. What's the best sound card, graphics card and webcam to buy for this system?

The motherboard has on-board sound & graphics so you do not really need anything else if you just want if for downloading & watching videos. You will only need a graphics card if you intend to play games...
