Dead GA Radeon HD 6850?

Hey guys. I bought a GA 6850 about 1.5 months ago and a few days ago, I tried to start up Vindictus, but then no picture was displayed on the monitor, the signal to my graphics card was lost and I was playing Starcraft 2 literally 30 seconds ago. When I opened up the case, I discovered the fans weren't spinning. I tried connecting the monitor to the integrated HD 3000 in my i5 and it worked. So I'm sure it's the graphics card. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

If the card is powered and not even her fan don't spin it can be just the video card.
