Phenom II X4 945 Bottleneck

I have a Phenom II X4 945 and a GTX 560 non ti, and when I play games like Battlefield 3 on medium settings I get around 30-60 FPS. I'm wondering if this is from my CPU, the temp is normally around 42C when gaming. Or if its from my GTX 560 which is around 50-60C while gaming.

no bottleneck, those FPS are suite with your cpu. by the way your cpu is pretty weaky.
