Ram and psu selection is terrible.
You don't need to spend over $60 for a 8GB ram kit. (1600MHz CL9 1.5v)
Ram coolers are completely for looks only.
Thermaltake TR 2's are garbage.
Better boards imo.

What will you be using the rig for!
Nowdays a 2nd gen i3 is just as cheap to build and has an upgrade path.
Nothing wrong with a 965BE but nobody is recommending people to build 1st gen Intel's either.(kinda old)
What i'm getting at is you can build an i3 2100/2120 for the same price.
The 955/965 is a good cpu upgrade for someone already on an AMD board looking to improve a lesser cpu.
I don't recommend it for a new build in 2012.
My opinion.

100 dollar ram!??? Go with an i3-2100 and an asrock z68 extreme 3 gen 3, or shell out some more for an i5-2500k.
