Best computer I can buy for 1500$

My mom needs a new work computer, and asked me for advise. Her boss has placed a budget of 1500$ on this.

I am not allowed to build this computer, it must be purchased(dell, hp, etc.)!

Budget: 1500$

Preferred brand: none

Primary use: Internet browsing, word processing, and iTunes.

I know this computer is unnecessarily expensive, but we are getting it for free!

I want to cry when someone wants to throw that much money at a computer that does nothing. None-the-less, it'll last forever at least.

Get it with Windows 7 Profession, and Windows Office Professional. That'll put her right at $1,500.
