HELP!!! Blank BLUE SCREEN POWERCOLOR 6950 2gb

Hi yesterday I was running 3DMark 11 and suddenly, My brand new computer froze. When I rebooted it after the windows logo I just got a blank blue screen. I reinstalled windows and when i reinstalled the video card drivers the same thing happened again. I dont know whats wrong

Computer specs:
mobo: asrock z68 extreme3 gen3
harddrive: 2tb western digital
psu: 700 watt ocz
video card: Power Color 6950 2gb
cpu: intel i5 2500k 3.3 ghz

I've read a lot of problems with people having that motherboard. Those asrock's Z68Extreme3 gen3 to extreme4 gen 3 seem to have a lot of issues.

Have you tried clearing the CMOS? Have you tried reseating your video card, and make sure the power is connected to it?

Your not overclocking, are you?
