AMD 5050e CPU Temps and Fan speed seem strange

I have an AMD 5050e in a home server. The temps for the cores seems drastically different from each other. In the example Picture below core#0 is 28ºC while core#1 is 14ºC. And the fan speed seems to stay at a constant 99% although the temps are no where near max (which I believe is 78ºC). I have applied new thermal paste and reseated the heatsink but still having the same issue. Any ideas on a fix or what the cause is? Thanks.

Seems the sensor for the fan speed is just not being recognized correctly in hwmonitor. But still can't figure out why the core temperatures are so far apart.
