New Gamers Build, no budget

I'm looking for some final advice on this build.

So far I have:
Mountain Mod case
dual 7970 cards
I 7 3930 CPU
1200 watt PC Cooling
1 TB WD drive
OS: WIN 7, 64 bit

I'm seeking advice on:
SS Drive brand and size
32 MB RAM: Amount of sticks, speed, brand
Water cooling: Maximum cooling, brand type etc... I'm thinking about the radiator / pump set up from Mountain Mods.
MOBO: I'm tending towards the ASUS Rampage but I have read some issues regarding the BIOS posting. So I'm looking for a top of the line Overclockers dream with Japanese Caps etc.. Another MOBO I considered was the MSI Big Bang-XPower II X79.

Should I get a gaming NIC if so what type or should I simply use what comes with MOBO?

SSD: Highest GB Crucial M4.
RAM: Highest speed and quantity Crucial, Kingston HyperX, Corsair, G.Skill RAM.
MOBO: Yours is good. MOBO NIC is ample.

cpu: intel i7 3960x
cpu cooler: noctua nh-d14
video card: 2x amd radeon hd 7970
(or wait til the 680 launches in 2 weekes and get 1 or 2 o' those)
ram: g.skill ripjaws x series 32gb@highest mhz
hhd: western digital caviar black 2tb
ssd: intel 520 60gb
(personnaly i see no use for more space on an ssd since almost no one puts anything on their ssd besides the os)
psu: corsair ax850
optical drive: lg black 12x bd-rom
(sony 24x multi if you dont care 'bout blu-ray)
