Will a 650W Supply power this?

I'm upgrading my system and want to make sure I get a PSU powerful enough to run it.

Will 650W be enough for the following?

CPU: Intel Core I7-3770k
MB : GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H
SSD: Intel 520 240GB
HD : WD 1TB Black
GPU : 2x MSI N670 PE 2GD5/OC Twin Frozr
RAM: 8GB G.Skill CL8 DDR3-1600
5x 120mm Cooling Fans in the case.

I'm looking at the following supplies:
SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold 650W
CORSAIR Professional Series Gold AX650 650W

I do plan to do a moderate overclock.

Thanks for the help.

  1. Its just fine.

It will tell you what you need to know.
  3. Yes, but a 750W will be a better choice.

  4. 2 x GTX 670s in Sli? A quality 650w power supply like those will certainly work but Nvidia recommends a 750w power supply. Personally I would go for at least a 700w model especially factoring in overclocking. You would not necessarily be overloading a good 650w model but it's cutting it a bit close for me.
