So I have a PSU that is 1050W OEM from an xw9400 workstation. I tried putting it in an Antec One case, but the Psu was too tall to fit under the metal flap, and probably slightly too wide as well. Is there any case that will fit my psu that supports USB 3.0?

The Antec Twelve Hundred V3, Dark Fleet DF-85, P183 V3 and P193 V3 all have USB 3.0 and are compatible with Antec's CPX form factor, which has a larger (taller: 120mm and wider: 170mm) PSU case size, so if your PSU is too small for a normal ATX PS/2 mounting solution then it might 'work' with modification in CPX supporting case.

Are there any cases that will fit it but are under or around the $100 mark?

The exact PSU I have is the HP 440860-001
The dimensions are L(21.5cm)xW(16.25cm)xH(9.75cm) roughly.
