Mid range build

Hy all, i hope u can help me with an advise, i made a list of components for a mid range build and i wanna know what you think about it, if its ok or not.

CPU
Intel Core i3-2100

MOBO
Gigabyte Z68P-DS3

GPU
Gigabyte nVidia Geforce GT430 128bit 1024mb

RAM
Kingston Hyperx Blu 8GB(2X4gb) 1600mhz CL9

HDD
Western Digital Caviar GP 320GB, 5400RPM, 32MB, SATA3

Inter-tech Energon 650w

Buy a HDD with 7200RPM , that with 5900RPM is slow.
Buy a good PSU not that Inter-tech ( chinese ) from Antec , Corsair,Seasonic,OCZ,Enermax.A good 500W - 550W is enough.

Thanks for the reply, i would have wanted 8 gb of ram and a z68 chipset mobo
