I just gotta know...Has ANYONE here ever called for tech support from Toshiba that didn't result in them telling you that you have to spend half as much as you paid for your computer to fix their issues?

I took my year old Samsung laptop back to Best Buy when the HD went bad after I dropped it.. They gave me a brand new laptop that was the same price (basically an upgraded next gen version of what a I had) and gave me a $50 gift card because I did it in Delaware so there were no taxes (I had originally purchased in PA).

I was quite pleased. :)
