This is a cyberpower build, I'm sorry but I don't get any recommendations in the "cyberpower" sub forum.
Link:
Case: Raidmax Aeolus Gaming Mid-Tower Case w/ Side-Panel Window
DvD: Sony 24X Double Layer Dual Format DVD
CPU: Intel Core i5-2550K 3.40 GHz 6MB
Fan: Xion HP-1216B Five Heatpipes Direct Core Contact Copper Heatsink CPU Cooling Fan
Hard drive: 500GB SATA-II 3.0Gb/s 16MB Cache 7200RPM
Mem: 8GB (2GBx4) DDR3/1333MHz Dual Channel Memory(Corsair or Major Brand)
Mobo:GigaByte Z68AP-D3 Intel Z68 Chipset DDR3 ATX Mainboard
PSU: 850 Watts - Raidmax RX-850AE 80 Plus Gold Power Supply
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6870 1GB GDDR5 16X PCIe Video Card ***I don't know if I should go with the cheaper 6850, how much better is the 6870 then the 6850($46 difference)

Total: w/Shipping & OS comes out to $830
If I got the 6850 I could upgrade the RAM, Fan and others

That's why it's a semi-good deal and the $30 off myspace code.

Raidmax is not even in the top 5 tier of PSUs. Stay away from them. Get Corsair, XFX or Seasonic PSUs. They are MUCH MUCH more reliable. They actually deliver the power they say on the box. The 6870 is much better than the 6850. The $46 difference is worth it.

The 6870 is worth the extra amount it costs.
I would look into a Coolermaster hyper 212 cooler.
Go for the HAF 912 case.

Will the other case work though, and I'm going to get the CM 212.

Generally will the build work with maybe a better PSU, compatible wise.

Just wondering if all these items will work together because I don't know what is compatible. And I feel that once I get this it won't work right.

I'm looking at getting the Thermaltake TR2 RX Modular 80 Plus PSU(850w) thoughts?

Thanks, is the PSU I put in the post above is that a semi-decent psu. I really can't spend too much more.

It's nice to know that everything is compatible!
