Do I need 4 empty molex connectors fro 2x6 pin connectors?

it needs 2 x 6 pin connectors

that totals 4 molex connectors coming from the 460

How can I get more molex connectors from my pSu?

If you do not have two 6 pin pci-e connectors, it is unlikely that your psu has sufficient power.
Exactly which psu are you thinking of using?

I am getting a new one anyway.

My plan was just to get molex connectors to make up for the shortage

I hear you. Have you checked to see if they have adapterss from the 4 pin to the molex's. They seem to have every type of adapter out there. I bought all kinds of adapters from amazon.com. and no I didn't buy a molex. Good luck to you

1) With new PSU, should come with 62 6 pin pci-e connectors. - Make Sure You buy a good psu, there are some that are junk!!
