If I were you, I would not redeem those rebates and take the hit. Rebates usually mean cutting out your products upc and turning it in. Yes, they will probably give the rebate back, but you will also have voided your items warranty. Almost all companies don't take back product without the upc on the box.

With a hd 6770 you wont be able to run crysis with realism mod... I have a gtx 460 v2 SC and it struggles on enthusiast, badly. I'd get a hd6850 or a gtx 460 minimum.
