I am sure you can spend a bit extra for the Hyper 212 EVO. Also, if you don't plan to overclock, you don't need the Z68 chipset. Get an H67 Motherboard.

An aftermarket cooler such as the Hyper 212 EVO. It will safely OC the i5-2500k to 4.5GHz.

If you want suggestions I'd say scale back the SSD to a 64GB if it's boot only and invest the difference in upgrading to a Radeon 7950:

The 6970 is better by a lil bit but it runs cooler and uses less power. It is also cheaper. It also has a better multi monitor system.
