Hey everyone,
Thought I'd try to get some information for my buddy. He recently built an i5 2400 rig with a 550 watt power supply, 8 gb of ram and a 500gb hd.
He is running on his z68 motherboard graphics via the 2400 gpu till we get him a card. The issue is his computer will begin to lag considerably. It is very apparent when he moves the mouse. I thought it might have been thermal related but us temps are very cool.
At times it seems to run alright... And noticed when we lie the tower on its side, the issue would arise again. Whatever it is, is effecting the entire system such as audio.
Also another strange thing I noticed is his ran under system properties. It says only 7 and change of his ran is usable... What could this mean?
