Evga 560ti 448 power supply question

Hello all first of all I would like to thank everyone here on Tom's for so much good advice.

Anywho, I will be building my first new computer in a few days and have most of all my worries about parts answered. As the title states I am looking at a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130738 for my gpu and am curious if the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093 will be enough to cover its 550w req'd power. I know the psu will cover the 38a on the 12v rail but will I have enough headroom left over for my other parts.

z77 pro-4m
8g corsair ram
evga 560ti 448

Its enough but I would suggest, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341017 Looks like you're trying to save a little money, so do the rebate, plus you got some extra breathing room.

Otherwise, I think it should run fine, but to be honest with you I will get the 620W version instead.

is there a reason why you want a gtx 560ti448 over the gtx 570, which is only priced like ~10$ more.
