CPU Fan alternative to 212

Hello, ive currently finished completing my build list for new computer but having trouble picking a cpu fan...
i know everyone recommends the CM 212 but im buying everything from Dabs and they do not have it.
here are my choices...i do plan to OC but not heavy OC...

its for a 3570k i5 on a Asrock Extreme4 in a Antec 300 (unless anyone can recommend a better case (height under 48cm and width under 22cm)

would it be better to save that £30 that i would spend on the Noctua and buy a different PSU than TXv2 750w? i would like the Noctua i just dont know if i could use that £30 for a better use in my new build

Well, that's a great PSU, even for SLI/CrossFire, so I don't really see any reason to upgrade that.

yea was just thinking of maybe upgrading to the HX or AX series...
anyway i think il pass with the Noctua...i mean of course it will be better but will i notice that much more from 4.3ghz on the 212 to 4.5gz on the Noctua?
maybe in the future il add a fan to the 212 or replace the stock one

Nah, 4.3 to 4.5 is pretty negligible, lol. You would see the difference in benches, but that's about it.

hello! i have another question...
would the be Quiet! Dark Rock 2 cooler be better than the 212 evo?
i like the look of it and its apparently very quiet...the price is inbetween the 212 and the Noctua....or i can pay close to the Noctua price and get a dual Dark Rock
