Need help with my build

I am currently building a computer and my budget is 600 however i wish to keep the price as high as 580 and not go to close to 600 if possible i am looking for help to lower or find better parts, also this is going to be for low end video converting and mainstream gaming like skyrim and fallout such as those. the keyboard i dont plan to change because it has a unifying reciever and i have a mouse with the same so it would be perfect for me.

the 2120 is usually very close in price to the 2100, and its worth the 200 Mhz speed upgrade if its less than $10 more

Thank you for the suggestions right now i am at 577 and am fairly happy with that the extra 5 dollars on the hard drive that i saved went to the 2120, i think im going to stick with the 460 it looks fairly nice and the same expect for a lower clock speed than a 560 and i don't really like AMD cards that much so i am going to stick with the 460.
