Is this compatible

I need a 775 socket motherboard and compatible ram to be used with a e6600 cpu . Would prefer some OC features .If at all posible $100 to $110 . I was looking at this MB .

Everything looks compatible. A 500w psu should do the trick quite nicely, but if you want some headroom, I'd go for 550w or a solid 600, especially if you plan on upgrading to more recent hardware in the future.
