Brother want to upgrade his GPU so he also need a new PSU.

That one is seen as a good one usualy ? he don,t want to buy some crap that will fry is componement in a year or two.

Antec are very superb at their line of Power supplies and cases. Corsair is pretty good aswell. Depends on what way your brother uses his computer, if he has SLI or crossfire 700W is a good choice, single gpu, anything above 500w is good.

Antec markets very good PSUs. They actually don't make their PSUs, but the PSUs that they sell under their name are high quality. The link you provided did not have a PSU on it. What is the model number of the Antec PSu that you want to buy? What are all of the PC components? Will the PC be overclocked? How much? SLI or Crossfire for the GPU?

A good 500-550W PSU is sufficient for almost any modern single-GPU PC.
