Help, Computer Keeps Freezing?

I just bought an I5 3570K and a Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H and I just installed Windows on it from my Previously used SSD. I formatted and deleted the SSD, then created a partition. The problem is every time I boot in to Windows My Computer Freezes. My Mouse and Keyboard stop working and My Computer just sits there frozen. I have to hold the Power Button to turn it off and then when I turn it back on, it freezes and I have to repeat the process. I have installed my Motherboard Drivers but My Computer restarts before I can Install my Video Card Drivers. Does anyone have any ideas of what I did wrong?

We would need lots more information to begin to form an opinion. Here is a good tutorial for setting up and installing the O/S on a SSD to avoid some of the pitfalls. You may want to read through it to be sure you didn't overlook something.

I installed Windows 7 the way that said to. I finally got my Video Drivers up to date on the 12.6 Beta Drivers and so far everything is going good. It has not frozen since *Knock on Wood " I will let you know if this happens again.
