HELP! Need Assistance with the Samsung SGH-N625 Cell Phone

Hello. I just recently obtained the above phone and so far I really
like it (style/size, features, etc.). I have many questions which I
can't seem to find in the manual, but the following are two:

1. I can't figure out how to set different ring tones for different
incoming calls (or does it have this feature); and

2. While the phone is on, sometimes when I receive a call, it goes
right to voice mail and I can't pick it up in time, even as it's
coming in.
