Approximate Purchase Date: Not Sure

Budget Range: $1000

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Video Editing, Video Game Designing, 3D Designing, Gaming, Internet, Shows, Movies

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS, hard drive, dvd drive, case

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com

Country: USA

Parts Preferences: None

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Monitor Resolution: None

Additional Comments: I want something better than my current build; the best I can get for $1000. I'm trying to achieve less lag, loading time, and rendering time with the programs I use. I like the Sims 3, but I can't play it because it takes to long to load, and I'm not sure if it is my computer, game, or both. Maybe a better build will solve the problem.

My current build:
Antec EarthWatts EA-650 GREEN 650W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
HIS H577FK1GD Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
ASRock 870 EXTREME3 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ955FBGMBOX
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

I would like all parts to fit into:
APEVIA X-DREAMER3-RD Black / Red Metal ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Also I'll appreciate it if you can find a motherboard that has no problems fitting all the parts attached to it. My current motherboard was a pain to get things attached to it and stay attached. Also it doesn't have enough room for certain things like two graphics cards even though it has two slots.

Thank you.

That was OP's current build - they wanted to know what could be changed.

I'd say try OC'ing your 955 to 4.0GHz and looking at upgrading your GPU before gutting your whole system - that could save you a lot of money.

Sorry for the confusion. I want a new system with the following parts replaced:
Antec EarthWatts EA-650 GREEN 650W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
HIS H577FK1GD Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
ASRock 870 EXTREME3 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ955FBGMBOX
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

I'm giving these parts away to a family member. These parts are already in a case that is different from the one listed in my first post.

Except for the OCZ Agility - I do not recommend that drive - the Crucial M4, Samsung 830, Mushkin Chronos, Plextor PX-M3, or Intel 520 would all be better choices.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll look into them. I'm keeping the case I have if possible and I don't need every part replaced.
