Sapphire HD 6950 @725 mhz full load?

Hello, It my first time writing on here. I just Bought a Sapphire Hd 6950 2gb dirt edition.
I ran the furmark test. I notice that it clocking @725mhz full load and it's staying at the number.On cpu-z the defualt clock is @800mhz.

Should it at least reach 800mhz core clocking during the test instead of being stuck at 725mhz?
I'm using a single card(default mode) on a single monitor @1600x1200.
The drivers are updated catalyst 11.12

Use msi afterburner and overclock it to 800mhz? Also what power supply? Are the drivers updated?

When running Furmark the lowest clocks should be 800/1250 (reference)... I'd uninstall drivers and run driver sweeper and download and re-install newest drivers. You could download and run afterburner (I do), you can set up a nice fan profile.

...and 800mhz isn't an OC...
