Is a Corsair TX850 sufficient for a SLI set up for two EVGA GTX 680 FTW and a 3570k cpu OC'ed to about 4.5?
I'm also running a P8Z77-V Pro motherboard and Intel 520 240GB SSD if it is relevant to my question.

considering you won't break 500w in a stress test, you have plenty of power

Mainboard

MSI Big Bang XPower X58

Processor

Core i7 965 Extreme @ 3750 MHz

Memory

6144 MB (3x 2048 MB) DDR3 Corsair @ 1500 MHz

Graphics Card

GeForce GTX 680 (NVIDIA reference)
GeForce GTX 680 (ASUS)

Measured power consumption two cards in SLI

System in IDLE = 155W
System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 473W
Difference (GPU load) = 318W
Add average IDLE wattage ~20W
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 338 Watts
