Best 2GB 6950?

I know this is subjective, but I'm just curious if anyone has any opinions on the best available 2gb 6950. I'm leaning towards the MSI Twin Frozr III, I hear its unlockable (with a duel-bios switch? Correct me if I'm wrong?) and the cooling system is excellent. Also, easy to overclock.

Anyone else have any opinions on this card, or if you think another card is better?
