Will this PSU be able to handle this graphics card

i did a search and found nothing. I have a Thermaltake TR2 W0070RUC 430W ATX12V V2.2 power supply and was wondering if it has enough power for XFX HD-667X-ZHF3 Radeon HD 6670 video card?

More about will handle graphics card
  1. Its a bad power supply that should be rated 350W but should still be OK with a 6670 as long as theres nothing else in your system with well above average power consumption.

  2. your psu according to newegg.com is 65% efficent which means 0.65*430=279.5 watt on the xfx website they says it need a 400watt psu to run so u should be fine and on reviews pepole says that they are using it on 350watt psu also so according to the website u will be pretty fine with this psu see this website it says ati 6670 only needs 63watt to run

  3. actually ati 6670 is low power consumption gpu so it can work with these psu which efficeny is now 80+ it is also low budget card so conclusion is that it is for low budget pc
  4. You don't work out the efficiency like that for example a 500w 80% efficient power supply should output 500W and take 625W from the wall while a 500W 60% efficient power supply should still output 500W but will take 769W from the wall. Your power supply can output 349W (which is what it should be labelled at) & at that load is 70% efficient and draws 498W from the wall.
  5. okay thanks for the replys! I am thinking about getting the XFX HD-667X-ZHF3 Radeon HD 6670 video card just hoping my power supply can handle that!
