How do I adjust the temperature at which my PC will shutdown at

I have an fx 8120 and I have to run at 50-100% load almost 24/7 and I sometimes have a with it shutting down, but it is shutting down from the CPU temp and not the core temps. it will shutdown when the CPU temp reaches 75c but the core temps will still be at 50-55c which I presume is safe? Thats why I need to change it so it doesn't shutdown when it shouldnt. If I turn on the air conditioner the CPU drops 5-10c but its expensive to run it all the time.
