What's your resolution? If it's 1080p, you're going to need more than a single card to max everything out.

Ah, I missed the part where you have two 6950s. Well, if CF is working fine then lower the AA and AF. You may have some slow down here and there though. Are you using the latest drivers?

Crysis 2 is a demanding game.

What your getting is probably a CPU bottleneck. What resolution are you trying this at, 1080P?

I'm guessing if you Overclock your processor a few hundred Mhz you should notice a little jump in FPS.

Every thing is up to date and I haven't overclocked ....and yea I am running 1080p....

It must be the ATI drivers

Could it be anything else ?

I run 5760X1080 w/2600K & CF'd 6950's and match, if not surpass your FPS @ extreme settings... What are your in-game settings?

You could download the Crysis 2 benchmark tool and run it and report your FPS~

Download Driver Sweeper here: http://phyxion.net/Driver-Sweeper/ [...] ion-3-2-0/

Download latest Catalyst drivers here: http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downl [...] n7-64.aspx
but don't install yet.

Now go to control panel, uninstall a program, AMD Catalyst Install Manager and do an "Express uninstall"... once done reboot.

Once rebooted run Driver Sweeper and check "AMD - Display" and "analyse" then "clean". Reboot

Again, once rebooted go into your downloads and install Catalyst 11.12 and reboot again.

Maybe... but it should be done just in case it's the problem also it's the first place to look (drivers that is).

make sure CF is enabled as well and everything is seated good.
