Which GPU for New Build

I have been wanting to do a second custom build soon.
At first I wanted to use 6970 2gb but recently the 7950 3gb has caught my eye.

The 7950 may be abit more expensive, but which card do you suggest I should get or are there other cards I havent noticed and should check out.

i noticed you have the i5 2500k over clocked to 4.7 Ghz i was wondering what colling you use for it? air cooliig or have you gone with liquid cooling and if so did you fing it easy to install/upkeep?
