Computer Appraisal Question.

I'm looking to build a computer for my friends friends friend. I want to give him a good deal but to cover my expenses plus make a little. Can you give me a rough estimate of what this computer w/all of its components would be worth? Thank you

GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

PNY RVCGGTX560TXXB-OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Kingston HyperX T1 Black Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000 BX80623I52500K

Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular High Performance Power Supply

...and I've done my research here and there but I also wanted to double check if these items are compatible...and any recommendations.

I was also going to throw in my 23" ASUS VH238H HD monitor w/built in speakers, a 3TB Seagate 2.0 External Hard Drive, and a CyberPower Rackmount CPS1500AVR and a mouse and keyboard. I am just throwing together extra parts I have stored away from when I purchased a sizable lot of computer components. Some used and some new. I know the risk of using used or refurbished parts and I was wondering if I shouldn't even risk using them.

Please all types of info even if it's from criticism or sarcasm would help.

If the build is for gaming 8GB RAM is more than enough.
    All is compatible.
